This page is used to inform website visitors and customers regarding our Shipping and Delivery policies with the placement, processing, and fulfillment of orders on the luxurytime.pk website.

Delivery Timelines & Charges

We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan:

  • Islamabad Delivery: Orders within Islamabad are estimated to be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
  • Other Cities Across Pakistan: Orders for all other cities and regions are estimated to take 2 to 5 working days.
  • Urgent / Express Delivery: Urgent deliveries are typically completed within 1 to 2 working days, subject to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. Urgent delivery requests placed before 2:00 PM are prioritized for same-day dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is provided on all orders with a total value above PKR 25,000.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below PKR 25,000, standard courier charges will be applied and shown at checkout.

Payment Terms & Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

To ensure secure and reliable order fulfillment:

  • Orders Below PKR 50,000: Eligible for 100% Cash on Delivery (COD). You may pay the entire bill amount to the courier rider upon delivery.
  • Orders Above PKR 50,000: Require a 50% advance deposit via bank transfer or online payment before dispatch. The remaining 50% balance will be collected as Cash on Delivery upon parcel arrival.
  • Order Verification: All Cash on Delivery orders may receive a verification phone call or WhatsApp message within 24 to 48 hours after placement. Orders that remain unconfirmed may be placed on hold or canceled.

Product Availability & Stock

All items on luxurytime.pk are subject to physical stock availability. In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, our support team will promptly notify you to provide an expected restock date, an alternative option, or a prompt refund.

Parcel Inspection Policy

In accordance with standard courier company rules in Pakistan, parcels cannot be opened or checked prior to handing over the full payment to the delivery agent. Any issue regarding the item can be claimed immediately through our return or exchange procedure.
