What is your delivery time?

- Other cities: 2-5 working days
For urgent delivery anywhere in Pakistan, you can request this service during or after checkout. Urgent delivery takes 1-2 working days. Please note that while we prioritize these orders, delivery times are subject to unforeseen courier delays.

What is your warranty policy?

What is your return and exchange policy?

Exchanges are applicable within 7 days of receiving your product, but only in cases of technical issues or manufacturing faults. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or minor cosmetic imperfections that are clearly described on the product page. Refunds on returns will be reduced by the cost of shipping.
General Conditions for Returns: To avoid rejection of returned products or restocking costs, all items must be in new condition. All original accessories, manuals, and packing materials must be included. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend shipping via an insured ground service with a tracking number (such as TCS, LCS, MNP, or Pakistan Post). We are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. We reserve the right to deny any return if the item shows signs of wear or is missing parts.

- Brand New Category: These watches come with their original packaging and are sourced directly from the brand’s manufacturers or trusted distributors. While this allows us to offer them without an international brand warranty, we can pass significant savings directly to you.
- Like New Category: This applies primarily to our watches. These items may not include their original packaging and are sourced from various overseas suppliers. They may have minor cosmetic imperfections, but they are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in excellent working condition and appearance.
