In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Customers will receive a confirmation call within 24 to 48 hours.
Full Cash on Delivery (COD) applicable for orders below 50,000 PKR.
50% advance mandatory for orders above 50,000 PKR.
We keep the right to deny Cash on Delivery in case of improper address or Cities not covered under Cash on delivery service.

We kindly inform you that if you cancel your order after making an advance payment online, a 20% deduction from the total amount paid will be applied. This deduction is to cover the administrative and transaction costs involved in processing the order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

In the case of Credit/Debit Card Checkout method;

Customers will be contacted in case of any query regarding address.

All deliveries are subject to availability (even if they are in-stock on website and order is placed). Customer will be informed in case of unavailability.

Payments made via credit or debit cards are subject to verification by the payment gateway and may require 1 to 3 working days for approval. Luxury Time reserves the right to request a picture of the card and additional payment details from the customer to prevent fraudulent activities. In the event of suspicion regarding fraudulent activity, Luxury Time retains the right to cancel any order paid via credit or debit card. Customers experiencing order cancellation due to suspected fraud can contact their banking authority for potential chargeback procedures.

Bank Discount Terms & Conditions

1. Bank discounts are exclusively available for specific bank partners and card categories.
   2. Bank discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers, coupons, or discounts.
   3. Bank discounts are available for a limited time period and may end without notice.
   4. Orders placed using bank discounts are non-returnable.
   5. In the event of an exchange, the bank discount will be removed. (Please refer to our Exchange Terms and Conditions for further details).

In case of Watch Reservation

To reserve a watch, we require full payment in advance. Please note that this payment is non-refundable. We can hold the watch for a maximum period of one week from the date of payment. If we do not receive confirmation within this timeframe, the watch will be made available for other potential buyers.
If you’re interested in reserving a watch, please let us know as soon as possible. We will provide you with the necessary payment instructions and additional details to facilitate the process. Once we receive the payment, we will confirm and process your reservation accordingly.
