What is your warranty policy?
All our watches come with a 1-Year Seller Warranty or Brand Warranty provided directly by luxurytime.pk. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical issues. For any warranty claims, please contact our customer support team for a seamless process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction, with different terms for each product category:
Exchanges are applicable within 7 days of receiving your product, but only in cases of technical issues or manufacturing faults. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or minor cosmetic imperfections that are clearly described on the product page. Refunds on returns will be reduced by the cost of shipping.
General Conditions for Returns: To avoid rejection of returned products or restocking costs, all items must be in new condition. All original accessories, manuals, and packing materials must be included. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend shipping via an insured ground service with a tracking number (such as TCS, LCS, MNP, or Pakistan Post). We are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. We reserve the right to deny any return if the item shows signs of wear or is missing parts.
